A little about myself… My name is Justin Woulard, and I am first and foremost a Christ-follower. During my journey with Jesus I have felt called by God to change people’s lives by being a minister. He has confirmed this call by giving me the opportunity to be a student at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
God has also seen fit to give me a beautiful, intelligent, and loving wife. Jennifer challenges me to continue growing as a husband, father, disciple, and minister, without her I would not be the man I am today. We have a two-year-old daughter, McCartney, who seems so far to be the perfect combination of Jennifer and me, pretty, smart, and strong-willed. We also have another child on the way.
A little about this blog… Life on Mars Hill is about my journey as a Christ-follower, a resident alien in a culture that does not understand my language, customs, or beliefs as a citizen of the Kingdom of God. As a disciple of Jesus I feel called to engage the culture, to meet people where they are, and to share with them His message. I want to use this space to start conversations about Christ and the culture we are a part of.
